What to Expect on Arrival

On the evening of your reservation, you will be greeted by our host team at the entrance and guided either to the dining room or directly towards the card lounge, depending on the experience you have requested.

Guests joining the live card room or offline poker will be introduced to our table hosts, who will walk you through any table etiquette, seating arrangements and how the evening will move between the card lounge and the physical poker tables.

If your plans change, kindly let us know as early as possible so we can accommodate other guests and organise card room seating and poker tables effectively.
